ABOUT ME... From a very young age I became fixated with photographs and being behind the camera. I was born and raised on the Jersey Shore with my two amazing sisters who are a huge part of my life and inspiration. I graduated from New York University where I studied Culture and Media. I worked in NYC as a photo editor for several years, and I soon realized it was time to turn my passion into a career, and become a photographer, finally! So I did, and I continue to, as my career grows and changes with my life goals and the ever-changing photography needs of my AWESOME CLIENTS!

I've had a camera in my hand since I was a kid. My mom was a photographer as well. I spend my days taking photos because it inspires me, and it fills my life with joy. To me, there is nothing better than capturing a beautiful moment with a photo.

A few more things about me… I love the ocean, traveling, exploring, hiking, plants, dancing, long conversations with friends, the change of seasons, olives, the outdoors, sunrises, sunsets, walking without a specific destination, that few minutes of magical golden light before the sun sets, life… and telling stories with photographs. 

ABOUT MY BUSINESS... Kimberly Mufferi Photography offers boutique photography service, which means you receive one-on-one attention and an authentic experience personalized for you, by me. While my main focus is portraits, weddings, and brands... my business has grown far beyond that and my client base has expanded, as well as my work, including travel, various brands, content creation, commercial, events, food and lifestyle. I am always working with new brands, shooting new content, and growing my experience. I find that my client relationships have made major growth possible, as I have ongoing work with each client. I have been in business since 2006 with a home base in New York City, but you can also often find me in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Upstate New York, the Hudson Valley, and traveling for work as often as possible. I am happily and readily available for travel and destinations. I specialize in micro weddings, elopements, events, portraits, lifestyle/brands/content creation, travel and food, commercial photography and I do personal art as well. My goal is to reflect creativity, originality, and authenticity in my photography.
